We have access to hundreds of new properties across the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida regions, and charge you 0% commission. You buy directly from the developer at their published price. Our fees are paid by the developer - not you. We now guarantee to beat the builders price by at least 7,000 euros.This makes using our services an excellent option as it costs less to buy through us - even cheaper than buying directly from the developer.
When viewing properties with us you will immeadiately notice the personal care and attention you receive. Some companies take out several couples at a time, visiting numerous properties that may or may not be off interest to them, or even within their budget, and then pressurise them into buying. WE DO NOT.
We will only ever take out one couple at a time, ensuring you have our full and undivided attention. After consultation with you, you will then be shown the type of property you want and can afford. Obviously if your preferences or budget changes we can then show you alternative properties as we are only dealing with your wishes during your viewing trip. Most importantly, at no time during your trip will we pressurise you into buying a property.
You will be treated as we would like to be treated. If you do fall in love with a property, 3000€ will reserve it for you, and we will be with you for every step of the buying process, including 3 months of after sales service to help you settle into your new property.
